Have you heard that the Governor has proposed to allow district access to categorical money to use as they want. ROP is a categorical program.
You need to contact your state legislators and let them know what you think about the elimination of categorical programs and/or give ROP money to the districts to do with as they please.
These are drastic times when letter writing and phone calls have never been so important.
